But what is already an annoying inconvenience (having your car taken off you for a few days to get repaired) is only made worse when you don't have a car to get around in. Going to work, picking up kids from school, grocery shopping, even visiting friends - all these tasks are greatly hindered when a person with a car, suddenly doesn't have a car any more.

When my Suzuki Swift was bumped into at a car park recently, I contacted Smash Masters to get the damage fixed. The staff were super friendly and easy to deal with. I was able to get a loan car while they were repairing it, which was great for work but the best bit was that, because the damage was not my fault, they covered my excess costs!
